Pursuant to Article 15 of the Founding Act of the company RECIQLO DOO BEOGRAD, ul. Milutina Milankovića 1Ž, Novi Beograd (“Company”), and Article 6 of the General Terms and Conditions of the Company dated November 6, 2025, the director of the Company adopts:
PRICE LIST
1. This price list regulates the fees that the Company charges to Users who use the services of the Reciqlo platform (“Platform”).
2. Terms used in this price list that begin with a capital letter shall have the meaning assigned to them in the General Terms and Conditions of the Company (“GTC”), unless explicitly stated otherwise in this price list.
3. The Company does not charge for acquiring User status on the Platform.
4. A User who wishes to access basic data on Advertised Waste, to review basic data on Advertised Waste, and to send an offer for Advertised Waste, will not pay any fee for this.
5. A Buyer whose offer given through the Platform is accepted will be obliged to pay a fee in the amount of 20% of the amount of the accepted Offer.
6. If the Waste Holder is a natural person, such Buyer will be issued an accounting document for an amount equal to the amount of the offer plus 20%, whereby, in accordance with the GTC, upon confirmation that the Advertised Waste has been taken over, the Company will pay the amount from the offer to the Waste Holder, while the Company will retain the amount of the fee (20% of the amount from the offer).
7. If the Waste Holder is a legal entity or a natural person performing an activity, the Company will, in accordance with the GTC, upon confirmation that the Advertised Waste has been taken over, invoice the Buyer for an amount equal to the fee of 20% of the amount from the Offer.
8. In the event that the Buyer takes over waste from the Waste Holder with a fee paid to him by the Waste Holder, in accordance with the GTC and the Law, the Company will pay the Waste Holder, upon confirmation that the Advertised Waste has been taken over, an amount equal to the fee of 1% of the amount of the fee that the Waste Holder pays to the Buyer.
9. The amounts stated in this Price List are without VAT, which will be calculated in the event of an obligation to calculate VAT in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Serbia.
10. Considering the interests of the Company, the director of the Company will have the discretionary authority to apply lower fees than those stipulated in this price list, as well as to agree on special service packages with Users at special fees.
11. This Price List may be amended by a decision of the director of the Company in accordance with the GTC. 12. This Price List shall enter into force on the eighth day from the date of its publication on the Company’s Website.
